**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 12-hour Days, 36 hours per week

**Guaranteed Hours:** TBD

**Experience:** 3+ years in PCU, Med/Surg, Telemetry

**License:** New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate

**Certifications:** ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Rural/small facility experience preferred

**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care in a small unit/facility, preferably with rural experience
- Work with a patient population ranging from newborn to geriatric
- Maintain an RN/Patient ratio of 5:1, with higher acuity PCU patients being 3:1 or 4:1
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic dysrhythmia
- Complete all required documentation and adhere to unit protocols
- Wear personal scrubs of any color
- Be available to work every other weekend and provide holiday coverage as needed
- Must have personal transportation for this assignment
- Time off requests must be noted and verified during the initial upload, with no more than five days approved
- Be willing to work two of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and weekend after

This position requires the ability to work effectively without supervision, making quick and accurate assessments while managing a diverse patient population.
