**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 12-hour night shifts

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in PCU, Med Surg, and Telemetry required; rural/small facility experience highly preferred; previous travel experience highly preferred

**License:** New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate

**Certifications:** ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in a Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring
- Basic dysrhythmia test completed
- Ability to work independently and in rural settings
- Own vehicle for assignment

**Job Description:**

- Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility will be considered with a tiered reduction in rate based on proximity.
- Experience with patient populations ranging from newborn to geriatric is required.
- RN/Patient ratio is generally 5:1; higher acuity PCU patients may have a ratio of 3:1 or 4:1.
- Personal scrubs of any color may be worn as per the dress code.
- Requested time off must be noted and verified prior to submitting the application. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
- Candidates must be willing to work two of the following holiday periods: Thanksgiving and the weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the weekend after, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and the weekend after.
- No non-billable orientation provided.
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage is required.
