**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Rotating 3x12-Hour shifts (Day: 07:00 - 19:30; Night: 19:00 - 07:30)

**Experience:** Minimum 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience; PCU/Progressive care experience preferred

**License:** Permanent Ohio or Compact State License required prior to start

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH

**Must-Have:**
- Minimum 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel

**Job Description:**

- Work in a Cardiology Stepdown unit with a rotation of day and night shifts.
- Requires strong cardiac stepdown nursing skills.
- Complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores during orientation.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols, including background checks.
- Negative nicotine test is not required for nurses but is required for non-nursing travelers.
- Collect and submit required references from managers, supervisors, or directors in the specialty.
- Participate in an orientation period of 20 hours.
- Be flexible to work every other holiday as per scheduling needs.
- Complete pre-start modules and annual training as required by specialty.
- Must have a permanent or compact state license with no pending or current issues.
- Previous employees cannot return to the facility within one year of their last contract end date.
