- Administer medications and perform necessary procedures adhering to best practices and healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on care procedures and post-discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adapt to rapidly changing situations and prioritize high-acuity patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
