**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality patient care in a step-down unit.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop a comprehensive care plan.
- Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
