**Job Description:**

- Work in a 30-bed telemetry unit specializing in ENT, Colorectal, and Urology surgical oncology.
- Care for patients with varying needs, including step down patients, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Maintain patient ratios that vary from 1:4 to 1:5, and occasionally 1:6 during night shifts.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans and progress.
- Engage in continuous education and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
