**Shift:** Day - 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in ICU and Intermediate Critical Care Unit stepdown with experience in a large teaching hospital

**License:** Active RN License required

**Certifications:** Critical Care Experience and Epic EMR experience required

**Must-Have:**
- Previous ICU/IICU stepdown experience with a patient acuity ratio of at least 3:1.
- Ventilator experience.
- Experience with trauma-related injuries such as head injuries, spinal cord injuries, and surgical care.
- Epic EMR proficiency.

**Job Description:**
- Work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) as per facility policy.
- No requests for time off from December 26th to 31st to meet staffing needs.
- Required to manage a patient ratio of at least 1:3.
- Handle an average daily census of 20 patients in a unit equipped with 21 beds.
- Support a staffing ratio of 7 RNs, ensuring a maximum of 3:1 patient ratio.
- Mandatory completion of pre-assignment testing and required modules within 48 hours of receiving login information, eligible for reimbursement up to 16 hours.
- Participate in a comprehensive 16-hour orientation.
- All requested time off must be included during submission; approval is based on facility needs.
- Module completion will be recorded and verified at contract start.
