**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and overall health management.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Demonstrate empathy and effective communication skills when interacting with patients and families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
