**Job Description:**

- Join the PCU Float Pool for night shifts
- Potential to float to any stepdown/PCU area, including other campuses
- May float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
- Estimated patient ratios: 1:3-4
- Complete 24 hours of non-billable orientation
- Modules completed during orientation, average 17 hours, varying by specialty
- Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions only
- Strict compliance with fingerprinting process is necessary
- Candidates outside the state but within driving distance need to complete fingerprinting in the state promptly
- Remote candidates will receive a fingerprinting packet with urgent completion instructions
- Out-of-town candidate travel arrangements required for pre-assignment processes
- Local candidates considered within a 60-mile radius
- Former employees eligible after six months away from the facility
