**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality patient care in a medical/surgical setting
- Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols
- Document patient care activities and progress accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and healthcare staff
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards
