**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Days 0700-1930, rotating weekends

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

**License:** Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required

**Certifications:**
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS

**Must-Have:** Basic EKG experience preferred

**Job Description:**

- Provide direct care or influence care for acutely ill patients in the PCU.
- Manage patients who are moderately stable with an elevated risk for instability.
- Utilize advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that requires advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, EPIC.
- Fulfill holiday coverage as required.
- Adhere to verification protocols for high school diploma or equivalent, due to requirements for moderate complexity testing.
