- IMC (Intermediate Care) level RN experience

**Job Description:**
- Ability to float to Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and Telemetry (Tele) as needed.
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, general respiratory failure, cardiac, renal, CIWA, GI, and mixed Tele and IMCU.
- Proficient in special procedures such as pre/post cardiac cath, BiPAP, CPAP, cardioversion/defibrillation, cooling/warming blankets, and obtaining 12-lead EKGs.
- Skilled in managing dysrhythmias, blood product administration, procedural sedation, and chest tube management.
- Experience with tracheostomy management.
- Knowledgeable about handling special equipment such as beta blockers, Cardizem, dobutamine, dopamine, heparin, insulin, levophed, magnesium sulfate, milrinone, nitroglycerin, and norepinephrine.
- Must be able to complete required modules pre-start, with an average duration of 16 hours.

**Additional Details:**
- Orientation: 40 hours required.
- Previous employees of a related health system must be separated from it for at least 3 months to qualify for a travel contract.
- All travelers are expected to float within their scope of practice if needed.
- Requires a minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable setting.
