**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS Required
**Must-Have:** IMCU Level RN Experience
**Job Description:**
- Float required: IMCU/Tele/CDU
- Documentation system: EPIC
- Patient diagnosis includes Adult, Geriatric, General Respiratory Failure, Cardiac, Renal, CIWA, GI.
- Mixed Tele and IMCU on two floors, IMCU is 1:3 patient ratio, Tele is 1:4 patient ratio.

- Pre/Post cardiac cath
- BiPAP and CPAP
- Breathing treatments
- Cardioversion/Defibrillation
- Cooling/Warming blanket
- Obtain 12 Lead EKG
- Drains and Epidural Pumps
- Feeding tubes and Fistula
- PCA Pumps
- PICC/Central Lines
- Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care
- Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter, Wound Vac
- Administration of Amiodarone, Antiarrhythmics, Anti-seizure
**Special Equipment:**
- Beta-blockers
- Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine
- Heparin, Insulin
- Levophed, Magnesium Sulfate
- Milrinone, Nitroglycerin, Norepinephrine
**Skills Required:**
- Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias
- Blood product administration
- Procedural sedation
- Chest tubes and Tracheostomy management
**Additional Information:**
- All candidates must have a minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
- All travelers are expected to float within their scope of practice if needed, and they must be willing to find transportation if floating to another facility within a 40-mile radius.
- Time spent on modules is self-reported, and completion is required pre-start and annually.
