**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology and Intermediate Care (IMC)

**Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Night Shift (1900-0730)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years preferred in IMC or Cardiology

**License:** Active state RN license required

**Certifications:** BLS & ACLS (must be from American Heart Association)

**Must-Have:**
- Cardiology or IMC experience
- Experience with patient care in intermediate care settings

**Job Description:**
Join a dedicated healthcare team providing advanced medical care in a state-of-the-art facility. This role specializes in Cardiology and IMC, offering healthcare services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

- Provide patient care in a 24-bed unit with 1 RN for 3 patients with active titrating drips or 1 RN for 4-5 patients on the night shift.
- Utilize standard Cardiology monitoring equipment, including Telemetry, T-1s, and IV pumps.
- Engage with patients ranging from adult to geriatric.
- Collaborate and float to various units as needed, including PCU, Medical, Surgical, and Nephrology.
- Develop and implement patient care plans for conditions such as STEMI, NonSTEMI, Stroke, Post Cath, and ETOH.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) using Cerner.
- Deliver compassionate care and ensure adherence to established protocols and safety regulations.
