**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in IMC or Cardiology

**License:** State RN License

**Certifications:** BLS & ACLS (Must be from American Heart Association)

**Must-Have:** Cardiology or IMC experience; 1 year preferred

**Job Description:**
- Work in a 198-bed, level III trauma center providing healthcare services.
- Participate in medical, surgical, and rehabilitation services.
- Support specialized units like childbirth, cancer, nephrology, pediatrics, and inpatient behavioral health.
- Engage in day surgery and provide extensive imaging and lab services.
- Must be prepared to float between units as needed, including PCU, Medical, Surgical, and Nephrology.
- Typical patient ratios include 1 RN to 3-5 Intermediate Care patients, and 1 RN to 5-6 Medical/Surgical patients.
- Utilize standard cardiology monitoring equipment such as telemetry and IV pumps.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner Electronic Health Record system.
- Work with adult to geriatric patient populations, primarily dealing with conditions such as STEMI, Non-STEMI, stroke, post-cath, and ETOH.
- High level of enthusiasm and commitment to providing quality patient care and a willingness to adapt to varying work environments.
