**Job Description:**

- Work in a 36-bed unit with a patient ratio of 5:1
- Utilize Epic electronic medical records system
- Function as core staff and integrate into unit culture
- Required to work 2 out of the 4 main holidays
- Flexible to floating as required, including floating to sister campuses
- Adhere to a 50-mile radius rule from permanent address
- All time-off or schedule requests must be submitted early, as approval is not possible after submission
- Load all demographic information at the time of submittal, including address, date of birth, social security number, and RN license number
- Document deadline is the Monday prior to the start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
