Job Description:
- Work in a 36-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1
- Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Be flexible and willing to float to different units and sister campuses as required
- Collaborate effectively with core staff and function as an integral part of the team
- Meet culture and professionalism standards as a welcome member of the unit
- Must handle all hard documentation submissions by the Monday before the start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
- Work requirements include flexibility around holidays, with the expectation to work 2 out of 4 main holidays
- All schedule requests or days off must be submitted at the time of application submission
