**Job Description:**

- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a 40-bed Trauma Progressive Care Unit.
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1 to ensure high-quality care.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care management.
- Participate as a floating nurse, potentially floating to other sister campuses as needed, with travelers taking priority for floating assignments.
- Collaborate and integrate into the unit as core staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Work two out of four main holidays as part of the scheduling requirements.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted by the Monday prior to the start.
- Comply with a 50-mile radius rule from the permanent address for eligibility.
