**Job Title:** ED Hold/PCU Float Nurse

- Flexibility to float as required, including to sister campuses
- Degree accreditation must be on profile
- Recent Nursys report must be on profile

**Job Description:**
- Care for adult and geriatric patients with a patient ratio of 4-6:1, depending on patient mix
- Dress code requires Galaxy Blue & White scrubs
- Use Epic EMR for patient documentation and management
- Function as core staff members and integrate into the unit culture
- Travel nurses are expected to be the first to float according to needs
- All schedule requests must be submitted initially; changes will not be approved post-submission
- Required demographic information must be provided at the time of submission
- Adhere to hard deadlines for documentation, with no exceptions for pending documents
- Maintain a professional approach and contribute positively to the unit's team dynamics
