**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality care in a 46-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5-6:1.
- Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for patient documentation and care coordination.
- Work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Function as core staff, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
- Participate in floating to other units or sister campuses as required.
- Engage actively with the unit culture and contribute positively to patient and staff interactions.
- Ensure timely submission of all demographic and professional documentation.
- Wear designated scrubs as part of the professional dress code.
