**Must-Have:**
- Trauma experience
- Neuro experience
- Surgical Trauma expertise
- Chest Tubes, Cardiac Drips Titration, Telemetry
- BiPAP & High Flow O2 experience
- Strong Neuro skills

**Job Description:**

- Manage patient ratios of 1:4-5
- First-time travelers accepted
- Weekend requirement: Every third weekend
- Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
- Block scheduling accommodated at manager's discretion
- Local candidates accepted
- RTO restrictions are at manager's discretion
- Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center with 431 total staffed beds
- Scrub color required: Navy blue
- Charting system: Epic
- Requires completion of up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing (not billable)
- Travel pairs allowed but must be on separate units and will not have guaranteed same shift schedule

**Patient Diagnoses:**
- Post-operative day 1 craniotomy, neurosurgeries, abdominal surgeries, Whipples
- Continuous BiPap, HFNC, chronic mechanical ventilation
- Insulin drips, arrhythmia management
- Trauma patients, sepsis, stroke rapid response transfers
- Complex medical cases requiring a higher level of care
