**Experience:** 2 years required

**License:** Must have a valid VA or compact license

**Certifications:** ACLS required

**Must-Have:**
- Telemetry experience
- Cardiac interventional experience
- Experience with medications like Heparin, Lasix, Bumex GTT
- Experience managing arrhythmic patients

**Job Description:**
- Provide care in a Cardiac Care Unit designed for patients requiring close cardiac telemetry monitoring
- Care for patients with conditions such as atrial fibrillation, NSTEMI, chest pain, CHF, acute kidney injury, resolving sepsis
- Handle direct admits from cardiology offices
- Work with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5
- Weekends required on an every other weekend basis
- Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
- Open to block scheduling at manager's discretion
- Required to complete up to 8 hours of modules prior to start

**Additional Details:**
- Facility is a Level II Trauma Center accepting first-time travelers
- Charting experience with EPIC preferred
- Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions

Please ensure readiness to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals based on volume or census needs. Candidates will not be guaranteed the same shift schedule when submitted as travel pairs.
