**Job Description:**

- Work in an Intermediate Tele/Cardiac Care unit with patients requiring intermediate care due to cardiac or other medical diagnoses.
- Administer and manage medications such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Milrinone, Insulin, Heparin, and Nitro.
- Perform EKGs, Central Line Draws, and start IVs.
- Provide care and handling of patients pre and post procedures such as CABG and cardiac cath.
- Operate equipment including telemetry monitors, IV pumps, SCDs, High Flow NC Ventilators, and occasional Bi-Pap.
- Manage a Nurse/Patient ratio of 4-5:1 in a 43-bed unit with 13 pop-up beds.
- Follow the dress code of scrubs in any color or print with closed-toe shoes.
- Be amenable to floating to different units as needed.
- Orientation hours and specific other details to be discussed during interviews. Interview times are from 9 AM-12 PM ET and 3 PM-6 PM ET.
