**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Shift:** 12 Hours Night, 36 Hours Per Week

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40

**Experience:** Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

**License:** Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.

**Certifications:**
- BLS - American Heart Association
- ACLS
- NIH

**Preferred Certifications:**
- TNCC

**Must-Have:**
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN)
- English proficiency (Speak, Read, Write)

**Job Description:**

- Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Evaluate health status through ongoing collection and assessment of health data.
- Perform health teaching and health counseling.
- Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being, either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching others.
- Execute delegated medical functions.
- Refer patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment.
- Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
- Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize resources as needed.
- Promote mission, vision, and values of the organization and adhere to service behavior standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
- May be required to be on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
