**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification required

**Job Description:**
- Provide patient care in a PCU/Telemetry hybrid unit, including a 20-bed Telemetry level of care unit and an 8-bed Intermediate Care Unit.
- Care for patients across the lifespan with cardiovascular and medical/surgical needs, including those with heart failure, chest pain, post-cardiac catheterization, and post-pacemaker/defibrillator implantation.
- Administer care involving CPAP/BiPAP, antiarrhythmics, vasopressors, antihypertensives, anticoagulants, and sheath/TR band removal.
- Maintain a staffing ratio of 1 to 4/5 for day shifts and 1 to 5/6 for night shifts.
- Possibility of being placed on-call for one 12-hour shift per pay period in the event of a census drop, with a report-in time within 1 hour of being called back.
- Must be flexible to float to appropriate units as needed.
- All units may handle patients with contagious health conditions, and certain vaccinations are required without exemptions.
- Rapid offer process; candidates will not interview.

**Additional Requirements:**
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted upfront to be honored.
- No exemptions for mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, except for medical exemptions for the flu vaccine.
