**Must-Have:** 1 year of CVICU experience (post-orientation)

**Job Description:**

- Provide care for patients in a step-down unit.
- Participate in orientation twice monthly in a facility with 355 beds.
- Work within a center known for specialties including brain, cancer, heart, and lung centers, as well as orthopedics, general and vascular surgery.
- Serve in a unit with 32-bed emergency department, 29-bed inpatient rehab, and 15-bed surgical suite & imaging among others.
- Work at a behavioral health hospital specialized for adults.
- Work in a second-floor unit with a Trauma Level 3 designation.
- Manage cases related to CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and carotids.
- Attend to every-other-weekend requirements or facility needs.
- Handle no on-call requirements, but float per scheduled rotation.
- Work with equipment such as Impella, IABP, and CRRT.
- Use Cerner for electronic health records management.
- Serve an adult/geriatric patient population with strong critical thinking skills.
- Maintain professionalism in dress code with any color scrubs allowed.
