**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification

**Must-Have:**
- Proficiency in IV insertion
- Experience managing PICC/Central Lines
- Ability to assess Dialysis Fistula for assessment purposes only
- Knowledge in managing CPAP/BiPAP in collaboration with RT
- Trach Care expertise
- Experience with PCA pumps, feeding tubes, continuous bladder irrigation, and wound vac management

**Job Description:**

- Work in a 24-bed mixed medical and surgical unit providing care to patients with diverse diagnoses.
- Maintain a 6:1 patient ratio.
- Collaborate with a team that includes a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) on each shift, available without patient assignments.
- Act as a discharge nurse during the dayshift, Monday through Friday.
- Engage with clinical pharmacists and a staffing coordinator dedicated to department support during weekdays.
- Utilize common equipment such as IV pumps, IPCD machines, Kangaroo pumps, and glucometers.
- Ensure EPIC Charting is accurate and up-to-date.
- Wear Galaxy Blue scrubs (not provided) while maintaining professional presentation.
- No requirement to titrate medication.
