**Job Description:**

- Work in a community hospital and regional referral center with 171 beds.
- Provide care as part of a team accredited by the Joint Commission.
- Serve in a facility certified as a Chest Pain Center and Level 3 Trauma Center.
- Responsible for a patient population that includes adult and geriatric patients.
- Handle cases involving STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG pod 2, Acute Respiratory Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with RVR, ALIF, and EXLIF.
- Provide float support in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, including ED holds if needed for admission.
- Report to the unit supervisor.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:3.
- Use Medhost electronic health records system efficiently.
- Flexibility required regarding shift preference (day/night), with no block schedule requests.
- Be open to 48-hour shifts if necessary, though not guaranteed.
- Must be willing to fulfill call requirements and work weekend hours as needed.
- Possess strong personal and professional skills suited to a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Follow the dress code policy with scrubs in any color acceptable.
