**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 14 weeks

**Shift:** Day, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level One Trauma facility

**License:** KY or compact nursing license required

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in PC, AC, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical nursing
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Willingness to float to other universal/progressive areas within the hospital system

**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality care for medical-surgical patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Float to different units as required within the hospital system
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in orientation and required modules during and after initial training period
- Ensure availability for on-call shifts as per department needs
