**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years working at a level one trauma facility

**License:** KY or compact license

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in PCU, AC, Telemetry, or Medical-Surgical settings
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Ability to float to other universal/progressive areas

**Job Description:**
- Provide care for Medical-Surgical patients
- Must be willing to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
- Maintain compliance with required vaccinations (COVID-19 and flu vaccines, with medical/religious exemptions only)
- Adhere to on-call policies with specified response times and call hours
- Complete required modules during orientation and annually as per specialty

**Additional Information:**
- Weekend shifts begin Saturday 6 AM and end Monday morning at 6 AM
- Orientation consists of 8 hours with additional modules averaging 6.5 hours
