Job Description:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological and mixed acuity conditions.
- Manage a patient ratio of 1-5 or 1-6 on a 32-bed unit.
- Utilize standard medical equipment and Cerner EMR efficiently.
- Engage in patient care planning and evaluation.
- Float to other mixed acuity floors as required.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to the dress code with Galaxy Blue or Black scrubs.
- Participate in every third weekend scheduling as per unit requirements.
