- Maintain patient ratios of 1-5 or 1-6 in a 32-bed unit.
- Operate with standard equipment and utilize Cerner EMR for documentation.
- Adhere to the dress code, wearing galaxy blue scrub tops, with galaxy blue or black pants.
- Float to another mixed acuity floor if required.
- Work every third weekend with no call requirements.
- Contribute positively to the hospital's collaborative and comprehensive patient care environment.
- Abide by attire guidelines to ensure professional appearance.
