**Job Description:**

- Work 4 out of 6 specified holidays (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) if starting before November 28th, or 3 out of 4 if starting after this date. Holiday schedule to be determined by the manager.
- The unit consists of 48 beds, focusing on neurology and oncology.
- Standard patient ratio is 1:4, occasionally 1:5 or 1:6.
- Handle top diagnoses such as strokes, seizures, and altered mental status (AMS).
- Familiarity with common equipment, including IV pumps, lumbar drains, and Hoyer lifts.
- Competency in using EPIC charting system and wearing galaxy blue scrubs (not provided).
- Skills required include CPAP/BiPAP, trach care, peritoneal dialysis, epidural/PCA pump management, feeding tubes, continuous bladder irrigation, wound vac handling, and lumbar drain management.
