**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**License:** Kentucky RN License

**Certifications:** BLS, NIH

**Must-Have:**
- PCU experience
- Experience with cardiac medications (gtts) and telemetry

**Job Description:**

- Work in a 23-bed stepdown unit caring for a diverse mix of patients.
- Maintain patient ratios ranging from 3-5:1.
- Utilize equipment such as BiPAP and High Flow.
- Work collaboratively with a team, displaying friendliness, responsibility, and accountability.
- Participate in floating to Med Surg or PCU units as needed.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems.
- Required to be a team player, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Dress code requires Galaxy Blue top and black or galaxy blue bottoms as scrubs attire.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
