**License:** Kentucky RN License

**Certifications:** BLS, NIH

**Must-Have:**
- PCU experience
- Cardiac medications (gtts)
- Telemetry experience
- Cerner EMR experience

**Job Description:**
- Provide care for adults with various critical health conditions in a university hospital setting.
- Work within a 24-bed mixed acuity/general overflow unit with a patient ratio of 5:1.
- Operate and manage medical equipment, including Dynamaps, glucometers, IV/SCD pumps, lift equipment, bladder scanners, and cardiac monitoring systems.
- Use Provizio SEMs scanners and Cerner EMR for patient records and data management.
- Act as a friendly, team player who is a critical thinker, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Adhere to dress code requiring galaxy blue top and black or galaxy blue bottoms, with optional white or gray undershirt.
- Float to other PCU or Med Surg areas as needed.
- Work every third weekend and fulfill holiday work requirements with manager approval.
