**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) Step Down

**Shift:** Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience

**License:** Registered Nurse

**Certifications:**

**Must-Have:** Experience in IV insertion, blood draws, PICC/Central Line management, dialysis fistula, CPAP/BiPAP, trach care, epidural/PCA pump, feeding tubes, wound vac. Ability to read tele strips and titrate medication.

**Job Description:**

- Work during major holidays if applicable, as determined by management.
- Engage in a unit with great teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage a unit with 24 beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 5:1, which can flex to 6:1.
- Provide top-quality care for a variety of diagnoses and procedures.
- Wear Galaxy Blue scrubs.
- Utilize EPIC charting for patient records.
