**Job Description:**

- Work in a 32-bed unit providing care for mixed acuity medical-surgical and post-surgical patients.
- Ensure high-quality patient care, focusing on orthopedic and post-surgical cases.
- Maintain patient ratios typically ranging from 1-5 to 1-6.
- Utilize standard medical equipment and work with Cerner EMR systems.
- Adhere to dress code of Galaxy Blue scrub top and Galaxy Blue or Black pants; avoid unacceptable attire such as sweatshirts, Crocs, shoes with holes, and printed jackets.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to promote a supportive work environment.
- Commit to working weekend shifts every third occurrence, with no call requirements.
- Contribute to a full-service hospital environment offering a range of specialty and emergency services.
