**Job Description:**

- Provide nursing care to patients with mixed acuity, including Med-Surg, Cardiac Observation, and Post-Cath patients.
- Adhere to patient ratios of 1-5/1-6 in a 32-bed unit using standard medical equipment and Cerner EMR systems.
- Exhibit flexibility by floating to other mixed acuity floors as required.
- Maintain professional attire and adhere to dress code, wearing galaxy blue scrub top with galaxy blue or black pants.
- Deliver compassionate, comprehensive care within a well-established hospital featuring a full range of services.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, particularly for cardiac and mixed acuity patients.
- Stay compliant with hospital policies while providing quality patient care in a respectful manner.
