**Must-Have:**
- Ability to float between units and potentially nearby sister facilities
- Willingness to work every other weekend and 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Commitment to complete all orientation and non-billable modules pre-start, with an average of 16 hours

**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality telemetry care in a progressive nephrology unit
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain patient records accurately
- Follow departmental dress code for nursing personnel of solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire
- Attend to a patient ratio of 1:4
- Engage in comprehensive patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing processes
- Participate in a 40-hour non-billable orientation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide superior care
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality
