**Job Description:**

- Conduct virtual interviews with an automatic offer process
- Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5
- Utilize EPIC for charting
- Wear scrub color Royal Blue
- Provide care for common diagnoses such as:
- Heart failure
- Dysrhythmias (e.g., atrial fibrillation, SVT, bradycardia, heart block)
- Uncontrolled hypertension
- Syncope
- Coronary angiography/PCI
- Device implants (pacemaker, ICD)
- Peripheral vascular interventions (e.g., fibrinolytics)
- Amputations and surgeries (fem-pop bypass, carotid endarterectomy)
- Respiratory distress, manage moderate- and high-flow oxygen
- COVID-19 cases
- Sepsis
- Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)/Hyperglycemic Hyperosmolar State (HHS)
- Alcohol/opioid withdrawal
- Gastrointestinal bleed
- Electrolyte disturbances
- End-stage renal disease
- Support float areas depending on the contract (HVU only vs. Mobile Unit)
- Assist with special procedures:
- TR-band weaning
- Terminal weaning of oxygen
- Bedside thoracentesis assistance

This position requires flexibility in assignments and collaboration with various units depending on the contract.
