**Experience:** 2 years required; experience in level II trauma necessary

**License:** Valid WI License required at time of submission

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS required; AHA certifications prior to start

**Must-Have:**
- 2 years of experience
- Experience with level II trauma
- Willingness to float within the hospital
- COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only

**Job Description:**
- Weekends On (EOW)
- Float required within the hospital
- Modules are billable, with up to 8 hours completed during orientation
- Compliance and lab requirements must be fulfilled promptly after assignment acceptance
- 8 hours of non-billable orientation
- Candidates are expected to adjust their schedules to meet lab appointment requirements

Candidates will be part of a dynamic team providing critical care in an Intermediate Care Unit during night shifts and must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their roles. Flu vaccine compliance is mandatory unless valid exemptions are provided.
