Experience: Minimum 2 years; Level II trauma experience preferred

License: Valid WI License required prior to start

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Must-Have:
- Experience in Level II trauma
- Weekend on-call availability
- Ability to float within the hospital

Job Description:
- Provide nursing care and support in the Intermediate Care unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure patient safety and proper documentation during each shift
- Participate in orientation and required modules
- Must comply with existing hospital procedures and safety regulations
- Complete necessary compliance and lab requirements promptly
