**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 3+ years of experience required

**License:** Illinois RN License required

**Certifications:**
- BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start

**Must-Have:**
- Skills Checklist pertinent to the specialty, current to 1 year
- Two supervisory references with dates of employment listed

**Job Description:**

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team during the assigned shift.
- Work alternating weekends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment to optimize patient outcomes.
- Hold accountability for the performance of the patient care team.
