Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Modified Care Unit Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3rd shift, 12-hour nights, every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 hours per week Experience: Cardiac drip and stepdown experience required License: Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC Certifications: - American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) Must-Have: - Cardiac drip experience - Stepdown experience - Ability to float as needed - Proficient in English (speak, read, write) Job Description: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients - Demonstrate competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population - Incorporate the 15 essential functions of nursing adapted from the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice - Participate in a 12-hour night shift work schedule every other weekend - Maintain vital patient records and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team - Other duties as assigned
