**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Modified Care Unit

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 3rd shift, 12-hour nights, every other weekend

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 hours per week

**Experience:** Cardiac drip and stepdown experience required

**License:** Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC

**Certifications:**
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)

**Must-Have:**
- Cardiac drip experience
- Stepdown experience
- Ability to float as needed
- Proficient in English (speak, read, write)

**Job Description:**

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients
- Demonstrate competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population
- Incorporate the 15 essential functions of nursing adapted from the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice
- Participate in a 12-hour night shift work schedule every other weekend
- Maintain vital patient records and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Other duties as assigned
