**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 1st, 12-hour days every other weekend

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 hours per week

**Experience:** Must have step-down experience and cardiac drip

**License:** Current Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC

**Certifications:**
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)

**Must-Have:**
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through a minimum of 2 years of education at an accredited School of Nursing

**Job Description:**

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients.
- Demonstrate competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population.
- Incorporate the 15 essential functions of nursing practice adapted from the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Work a schedule of 12-hour days every other weekend.
- Possess experience in a step-down unit and handling cardiac drips.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
