**License:** Any state RN license is acceptable; a temporary license can be applied for upon offer and takes 5-10 days. Compact licenses are now accepted.
**Certifications:** Must be able to pass an online EKG Telemetry Competency Assessment prior to starting the assignment.
**Must-Have:**
- Availability to work 48 hours per week.
- Willingness to work holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- Must start between November 11 and December 11.
- Must complete necessary lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of signing the contract.
- Ability to float at the facility's discretion.
**Job Description:**
- Float within/outside the specialty cluster and be assigned an appropriate medical assignment or support the nursing care team in the unit floated to, including the High-Risk Respiratory Unit/COVID.
- Work every other weekend/holiday as required.
- Complete and self-report up to 24 hours of modules during orientation, with up to 8 hours annually.
- Modules to be completed include an EKG/Dysrhythmia exam for all RN units, except specified exceptions.
- Follow the facility's cancellation policy regarding low census or agreement termination with prior notice.
- No holiday Requests for Time Off (RTO) allowed; no negotiation on requests post-offer.
- Documentation and application must be thorough with all schedule requests, start dates, and RTO clearly indicated from the outset.
