**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a step-down unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.
- Work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH).
