- Willingness to float onsite within skill set or to additional sites within a 40-mile radius if needed.

**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a step-down unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to provide appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Communicate patient status changes to the healthcare team effectively.
- Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
