**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care

**License:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification

**Must-Have:**
- 2 years of PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience
- Willingness to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles if needed

**Job Description:**
- Provide direct patient care in a step-down unit
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and expectations
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication skills
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required
